By downloading, installing, or using TurboWhisper, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please delete the app and do not use it.
License Grant
TurboWhisper is licensed, not sold. You receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, device‑limited license based on your plan:
Permitted Use
- Transcribe your own audio for lawful purposes.
- Review transcription accuracy manually.
- Secure your local data and API keys.
Restrictions
- No reverse engineering or bypassing licensing.
- No resale or sharing of license keys.
- No unlawful surveillance.
- Do not exceed device limits.
Third-Party Engines
TurboWhisper can connect to optional cloud engines (e.g., Groq, Deepgram, Mistral, Gemini, ElevenLabs) using your own API keys. When enabled, your data is sent to those providers under their terms and privacy policies.
Warranty Disclaimer
TurboWhisper is provided "as-is" and "as-available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data/profits arising from your use of the app.
Refunds
Purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cash‑backs, except where required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that any dispute will be brought in courts located in India, unless a different venue is required by applicable law.
